With Infocaller, you can create extensions that route calls to Artificial Intelligence Agents from specialized providers. It is the client's responsibility to contract and cover the costs that these services may require. Infocaller will only bill for the costs of the line and contracted options, as well as the traffic routed. Traffic to AI agents is billed at the same rate as SIP forwards or VoIP extensions.


The AI Agents to which Infocaller provides interconnection are listed below, along with their configuration instructions. These services and their registered trademarks belong to their respective owners and are external to Infocaller.


ElevenLabs (https://elevenlabs.io/es)


Calls received in Infocaller can be routed to ElevenLabs to be handled by an AI agent. First, you need to have an active ElevenLabs account..


Agent creation


If not yet created, access the "Conversational AI" control panel and select "Agents"



Configure the agent with all the features required for your application.


Associating the Agent with Infocaller in ElevenLabs


Each agent can be associated with a phone number, which in this case must be the Infocaller number. Using additional Infocaller numbers, you can activate multiple agents and associate each with the corresponding Infocaller number.


Access the "Conversational AI" control panel and select "Phone Numbers."


Click on "Import number" and select "From SIP Trunk."



Enter an identifying name in the "Label" field, e.g., "Infocaller Support." Then select the country of your Infocaller line and enter the number.


The "Outbound Configuration" section remains unconfigured, as outbound calls from ElevenLabs are not currently supported.


Click the "Import" button.


Finally, select the "Agent" to associate with this phone number.



Creating the ElevenLabs Extension in Infocaller


In the Infocaller console, go to the line configuration and the Extensions tab. Then select New Extension.



Create a name for the extension, select "AI Agent" and "ElevenLabs." Finally, select the Infocaller line number to associate with the Agent.


Once these steps are completed, the configuration should be complete, and calls routed to the extension should activate the ElevenLabs Agent.



Retell AI (https://retellai.com)


Calls received in Infocaller can be routed to Retell AI to be handled by an AI agent. First, you need to have an active Retell AI account..


Agent creation


If not yet created, access the appropriate  "Workspace" control panel and select "Agents"



Configure the agent with all the features required for your application.


Associating the Agent with Infocaller in Retell AI


Each agent can be associated with a phone number, which in this case must be the Infocaller number. Using additional Infocaller numbers, you can activate multiple agents and associate each with the corresponding Infocaller number.


Select "Phone Numbers", then click on "+" and choose "Connect to Your Number via SIP Trunking"



In "Phone number" enter your Infocaller number in international format, +34911888920"


Even if now outbound calls from Retell to Infocaller are not supported, in "Termination URI" enter "retell.infocaller.com"


Finally in "Nickname" enter a name of your choosing like, "Infocaller Support".


Then click "SAVE".


In the "Phone Numbers" list, select the created phone number and in "Inbound Call Agent" select the corresponding Agent



Creating the Retell AI Extension in Infocaller


In the Infocaller console, go to the line configuration and the Extensions tab. Then select New Extension.



Create a name for the extension, select "AI Agent" and "Retell AI." Finally, select the Infocaller line number to associate with the Agent.


Once these steps are completed, the configuration should be complete, and calls routed to the extension should activate the Retell AI Agent.
