Infosms allows the receiver of an SMS message to answer the message directly. If you select option "Web (line activity)", the answer will be only logged in your line's activity. If you select "Web and e-mail", in addition to logging the response in the line's activity, it will be sent to the specified email.


If your Infosms service does not have an exclusive mobile number (an option which can be requested to customer service), SMS messages are sent using internal mobile numbers. These numbers can change from time to time.


If your Infosms service does have an exclusive mobile number, messages will be received and processed according to its configuration.
