If you cannot access Infocaller, Infofax or Infosms, it may simply be because your browser has an outdated or erroneous page stored in its cache and for this reason you cannot open it.



To solve it, we recommend that you delete temporary files, all offline content and Internet browser cookies.


To delete temporary files in case you use Internet Explorer:


  • Go to "Tools"
  • Then select "Internet Options"
  • From here you can empty the temporary files



To delete temporary files in case you use Firefox:


  • Go to "Tools"
  • Then select "Options"
  • From here you can empty the temporary files



To delete temporary files in case you use Chrome:


  • In the browser, at the top right you have 3 vertical points.
  • Go to History / History
  • Clear browsing data

If you have forgotten your password and want to obtain your password, follow these steps:


Access infocaller.com and click on "Account Access".

In the part where we request Email and password click on the link "If you do not remember or do not know your password ..."

Follow the instructions on the screen to reset the password
