Online Backup is a real-time storage in Google Drive and / or Dropbox that will allow you to save them:


  • Infocaller recordings (answering machines and calls)
  • Faxes sent and received with Infofax



You can benefit from all the advantages of storage services, including their collaboration tools and local replication.



To activate it:


1. You must access your account and go to Configure, click in your number and look at General tab.


2. Click on "Configure" in the Backup Online section.



Special note for sFTP


In your sFTP system, a folder should be created and feined as the ROOT for the user. This way, user will have full rights to create folders and files. This means that if the user connects to sFTP and executes "cd /" , the location should be this folder as its root.


Recordings will be saved to folder "Oficina Virtual infoe.es" with the following subfolders and naming:


Fax


.\Infofax\<country><number>\<RX/TX>\[yyyy.mm.dd hh.mm] [de/a <number>] [pags #] <xxxxxxxxxxx>.pdf


<country> - the two character identifier for the country of the infofax line

<number> - the phone number

RX/TX - one folder for received faxes (RX) and another for sent faxes (TX)

[yyyy.mm.dd hh.mm] - date and time of sent or received fax

[de/a <number>] - originating number in received faxes, destination in sent faxes

[pags #]  - number of pages

xxxxxxxxxxx - internal reference number

The default configuration is

<country> - the two character identifier for the country of the infocaller line

For applications which require immediate processing of recording,, a special configuration can be requested from customer service, which would operate and name files differently.

[ID <refcall>] - it is the call id returned by the API and present in the call activity download file


Also, after upload of all call recordings, a file called "[ID <refllamada>].OK" is created, confirming all call recordings have been uploaded and are available. The file contains the number of recordings in the call.
