Transferring calls to other extensions using "Web Phone" is very easy and visual.

When you receive the call from the client you have to click on the Hold button and dial on the extension of the partner or department where you want to pass the call and talk to them before transferring it.

If you want to pass the call to your partner, press Transfer.

If you want to retrieve the call with the client press Recover.
