To remove your personal data from our Database you must first request the unsubscribe of the service or services contracted, to do this follow these steps:
- Access infocaller.com and identify yourself with your email and password
- In the Account / Manage Account menu, click on the "View / Edit active services"
- Indicate the active service (s) you wish to unsubscribe
- The withdrawal, as stipulated in the contract, may take up to two business days after the request. You will receive a confirmation message at your email address
When the withdrawal is finished (2 or 3 days from your request), and you do not want to keep an account with us you must cancel the contract for it, follow these steps:
Go to "Account / Manage account / Account holder name/ Edit data (at the bottom of the page" "If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so here" "
After that, we will proceed to delete your data from our system.
