1. Access infocaller.com
  2. Go to "Log in" located at the top of the page

  4. Then look for the option Billing and form of payment
  5. View / Download invoices



Only the administrator of the account has access to the billing section to be able to consult, download or print the invoice you want.


By default, only the issuance of invoices is notified by email and the administrator must request a PDF invoice from the Web by email. 

However, and for those who wish, it is also possible to configure the automatic sending of invoices, which, immediately after the issuance of any invoice, will be automatically sent in PDF format to the configured email account.


To change the invoice receipt email, you must follow these steps:

  2. Go to "Log in" located at the top of the page

  4. Then look for the option Billing and form of payment
  5. Invoice Delivery
  6. Write the email where you want to receive the invoice



We remind you that invoices are not possible to send by ordinary mail, since they are digital invoices. They are issued in compliance with the Law of Services of the Information Society and others expressly authorized by the Treasury authorities.
