You can make the change from any plan to a higher or lower one by following the steps below:
- Access infocaller.com
- Go to "Log in" located at the top of the page
- Select "Account"
- Then look for the option “View/ Edit active services”
- Choose the line and click on the edit button that is marked as a pencil
- To change the type of service click on the "Edit" option
- Select the type of service you want to modify
- Click on "Accept"
- A new screen will open. Here you will have to choose the plan you want
