In order to add a user with access to the account’s credit to make calls from Infocaller App using their mobile number, you must follow these steps:
- Access ‘My Account’ at the Infocaller website. Then, ‘Manage Users’.
- Click on ‘New user’ and enter the email address that the user will use to sign in to Infocaller app.
- Make sure that you don’t select any of your account’s virtual numbers and press ‘Continue’.
When the user logs in to the app using the authorized email address, the Infocaller account administrator will receive an email including a link to validate that phone number. The user won’t be able to use the account credit until the administrator validates the phone number.
