Infocaller Lite uses the list of favourite contacts of your Android smartphone. In iOS it will manage a separate favourites list. To add or remove a contact as a favourite from Infocaller Lite, you’ll need to:

Select any contact in the 'Contacts' tab or in the Infocaller Lite’s dialer.

When you press the call button and the pre-call information is shown, press on the star that appears next to the contact name in the pop-up. If you want to remove that contact from favourites, simply uncheck the star.
Attention: Any changes will also apply to the favourite’s list of your Android smartphone. In IOS it will only change the App’s list.
